Associates and Consultants at Patpatia & Associates are each core components of our project teams and are responsible for meeting our clients' strategy and project implementation needs. Associates and Consultants work both independently and as members of project teams. Specific responsibilities include:
- Formulating the overall strategy development framework and methodology
- Using innovative approaches to undertake consumer and industry research
- Working with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business and strategic issues
- Building financial models to analyze potential strategic options
- Creating strategic recommendations in the context of the clients' objectives and current environment
- Supporting various Patpatia & Associates implementation activities including marketing plan development, back office establishment or reengineering, technology solution selection, etc.
- Communicating with project team members and clients
Patpatia & Associates recruits both entry level business analysts and senior associates, as well as college & MBA interns to join our team. Successful candidates will be eligible for rapid advancement based on their professional capabilities and industry knowledge.
Qualities of successful candidates include: creativity, a strong work ethic, tenacity, self-confidence, an ability to work in an unstructured environment, and a strong interest in the financial services industry. Candidates should be self-motivated and have a demonstrated ability to work independently in a proactive manner. College degree required.
